We have been using SERVPRO to clean our carpets for about 6 years now. One time we decided to try a competitor because they were really busy and quickly realized that was a mistake. We ended up paying three times the amount for half the service and it took three weeks for us to get our couch back ( my wife was devastated).

My husband & I have used SERVPRO of Salem West many times for several different reasons. I can't say enough about the service & care this whole team has. They are nothing but professional & courteous. From our water damage to just cleaning our air ducts I have never been anything less than 100% satisfied. I have referred them to several of my friends & neighbors for many things. All of them have reported back similar experiences. Thank you for always making it like it never happened!!!!!

When our bathroom plumbing exploded, SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance person. This was our first venture into restoration and we were EXTREMELY happy with the service we received. They were friendly, timely, fast, skilled, and communicative. They made a negative initial problem as positive of an experience as we could have received.

When SERVPRO is called to a job, it is usually in a time of crisis. Mike, Kay and their crew are outstanding at taking care of tough jobs in a friendly and caring manner. It is also great to see a local business so involved in our community.
